About Us

I met Danny around 1998-1999 time frame, it's all just a blur, just kidding. My career in the bar code scanning and standards development at that time had me traveling the US and Canada quite a bit. I had flown in on a Friday night after being gone all week. I had previously agreed to meet one of my associates from work to discuss the weeks events both in the office and my trip. Meantime, I had developed a nasty head cold and flying hadn't helped one bit. Now my ears hurt as well. We met at a local club, though I would have rather been home with that Pina Colada. There was an acoustic dual playing named Green Eggs & Dan. During the break, one of the musicians stopped over to our table and asked how it sounded. Through the sniffing and sneezing I managed "you sound dood but you're too woud". It was Danny. His partner as it turns out lived across the street from me and that is where they rehearsed. (What a riot, who would have known!) The rest is history, Danny and I started dating, became engaged and married. Danny has been a musician for many years and played in numerous bands including Rochester Brass & Electric, Rock Steady, the above mentioned Green Eggs & Dan, Barnes & Pray, Wail and many more. With my urging Dan started the company running sound systems and providing lighting for all types of events. Seemed fitting since he owned the equipment and had previous experience as a roadie and stage manager. Soon I was being taught how to set up and run systems. We also have a wonderful staff that is second to none that assists us at the events. Visit our Sound Systems/Lighting page to see our past events and reference information.

Danny is also an accomplished songwriter. His first songs "Love Mark" and "Never Going To Leave" were recorded in the early 80's. These songs were never formally released and we plan on releasing them this year. He has also sold radio jingles while living in the Boston, MA area. Since then Dan has gotten back into the game (and the music industry can be a game) by releasing his first 11 song CD "Learn How To Satisfy". the title song was played for the tent people at Woodstock '99, (Danny was in Vietnam during the original Woodstock in 1969). Danny's first song since then was single titled "Nine-Eleven" written, performed and recorded during that awful week of the September 11, 2001 tragedies. Danny had a lot of feelings and emotions pouring out, as did all Americans, following the attacks and felt the need to write. This is a powerfully emotional song with a haunting melody. He then did a follow up song "Five Years Past" which was released on the 5th Year Anniversary of September 11, 2001. Both songs are on a CD with donations going to the general 9-11 funds. When the Dignity Wall was visiting Rochester, NY September 7-9, 2007, Danny again got out his pad and started writing. He created a piece titled "That Black Wall" for our fallen Vietnam War soldiers, the POW's, MIA's their families, as well as, the Vietnam Veterans with us today. This song "That Black Wall" is truly honorable with very touching lyrics. Danny was asked to perform this song in Washington, DC November 10, 2007 in a concert at the Sylvan Theater given in honor of the Vietnam Veterans.
